Vice Admiral Abdullah S. Al-Sultan, chief of naval staff of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, attends the graduation of the Pakistan Naval Academy in Karachi, Pakistan. Al-Sultan (2nd right in first picture and center in 2nd picture) had earlier been conferred the Nishan-e-Imtiaz, or the “Order of Excellence,” one of Pakistan’s top military decorations, in recognition of his outstanding services at the Saudi navy and his rich contribution toward bringing the naval forces of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia closer together for the safety and security in the region.
